Terrible experience with a Leatherman. Talked me into using warranty on a brand new rattly Charge+g10. Leatherman only offered me tti, so I said I'd return it to knives and tools for exchange. Who promptly offered me the same swap even though they had g10 in stock. These guys will rip you off... DONT BUY FROM THEM.

I ordered an opinel folding knife over a week ago and it arrived without its secondary bevel meaning its blunt and useless, they have ignored all of my emails over the last week and refuse to do anything about my order. Their customer service is terrible! Do not shop at this shop! They will rip you off with crap quality products then refuse to talk to you!

Poor quality knives so returned. Now trying to take 30% because of return condition even though never used and only had for a day.

Order *******: Ordered a knives with engraving, received notification of order send, check UPS after 2 day said label created but not merchandise handled to UPS, called at 4th day after and said issues with engraving as they cannot engraved on handle (wonder how basic is their engraving machine) yesterday called said order dispatched and will be delivered today, I received today and email saying order was cancelled... No idea how this type of company stay in business, is more expensive than other websites and service is rubish! Avoid! If you want to pay less and have next day delivery support a UK company go to heinnie.com or go Finnish to lamnia.com. Utterly disappointed, let's hope they return the money quickly!

They are ' Knives and Tools UK, but they are not in the UK. The Netherlands maybe, but not the UK - so that should be enough of a warning that they are not 100% honest and straight up. I only know this because a flipper that i'd ordered from the States was seized by Customs as an Auto? And Knives and Tools UK were advertising the same item. I contacted them to ask how - and was told that they are not in the UK and that item was not available in the UK - despite it being on the website in £'s...

La entrada fue triunfal, queria comprarles un afilador Kadet Expert + accesorios total 428€ les escribo preguntandoles si tenían algun cupón descuento o bonificació, me dicen que no y me suelta un rollo que són una empresa como muy buena que no hacen descuentos lo revierten en la calidad de producto y servicio al cliente, bueno hago el pedido que tardo en recibirlo bastante dias mas de lo que ellos anuncian. Y un dia antes de llegar el pedido el mismo afilador lo habian bajado de precio 90€ de descuento, eso si antes de tener el producto en mis manos el dinero se lo habia cobrando de mi cuenta, me puse en contacto con ellos y les digo la poca seriedad que tienen y consigo que me abonen los 90€ bueno les digo que no quiero que me envien el pedido por la agència DHL y me dicen que si o tambien me lo habia enviado por DHL, esta compañia en España tiene en opiniones 1,7 de 5 puntos peor imposible, despues de varios dias el pedido por Alemania, 2 y 3 dias parado el pedido en almacenes, tardo mas de una semana, me llega chafado el paquete, lo abri y estaba el embalaje muy dèbil, le habian dado un golpe en la guia del afilador y al ser flojo el embalaje, el Kadet Expert habia recibido un golpe, inmediatamente me pongo en contacto con Knives and Tools y a fecha de hoy ni me han compensado nada ni tampoco solucionado nada, sigo con un problema con esta empresa, a mi parecer no tienen seguro con DHL y por eso han reclamado y nada, la única opcion es que les devuelva el afilador y me cambian la pieza, no lo envio a Knives and Tools, porque me transmiten poca seriedad y se tarda mucho en enviar y recibir el producto, he perdido la confianza hacia esta empresa y no me han compensado todo el tiempo que me han hecho perder y porque despues de todo este desastre, LES HAGO OTRO PEDIDO, un accesorio para afilado convexo para el Kadet Expert y a tardado 13 dias en llegar, tarda mas en entregar te un pedido que Aliexpres que són 10 dias la mayoría, otra vez lo mismo ellos tardan 24 horas en preparar el pedido y luego DHL lo tiene en distintos almacenes 2 o 3 dias el pedido sin moverse y tarda una semana para salir de Alemania y otra semana en España, al fin lo recibo el pedido y mi sorpresa és muy grande, la pieza no és la que pertenece este modelo me han enviado una en color negro de un modelo distinto, veo muchas opiniones que hablan de la seriedad de esta empresa y las prontas respuestas, a la persona que le surge un problema, ya se puede preparar, no te soluciona el problema y ademas dan por callada su respuesta, no contestan. Todo lo que expongo aquí lo certifico con los mails y fotos que envie a Knives and Tools y los tengo a disposició de quien quiera verlo.

I was promised a one week delivery October now it's nearly December, this company is a waste of space, completely unreliable, it better be good quality if it arrives

Do not buy anything from this company, they try to make you think that they are in Ashburton in the U. K. and they are not they are in the Netherlands. Delivery takes forever and they will not cancel your order. Stay clear if this disgusting company

Orded from the. co.uk website, later to find they are not based in the UK at all. Was supposed to be fast delivery, weeks later still no delivery. Basically just told me "sorry for the inconvenience" with no real resolution. Avoid these guys, they don't give a f#*k!

I just got a Fenix flashlight uc30 to try.
Just good news about this item and the shop!
Very quick delivery and so much light for such a small flashlight!
The pouch who came with it is nothing.

Ordered a couple of sharpening stones on March 24th, quickly dispatched to the UK and then the courier never arrived.

Checked the system, it said they'd tried on three separate days (no calls, no emails, no sorry we missed you calls)

Called knives and tools in April 4th they assured me it was coming the next day. I stayed home from work all day and it never arrived.

Contacted them twice more since and have received no response. They've basically stolen my money.

I ordered a torch after 10 days I called them, I was told they don't have it in stock and did a refund.

My wife and I bought an expensive Leatherman tool for our son who has just completed his four year electrical apprenticeship. We ordered it engraved from Knives and Tools.co.uk. We were hoping that this would be a treasured gift that would remind our son of his achievement and our pride in him.
Other sites sell Leatherman tools and have a better ordering system for the engraving service. I had to make a Customer Services enquiry and was then instructed go to the companys Dutch website to see the engraving options and then confirm my instructions via another email.
I was very clear in my instructions in that I wanted the largest size that the area on the handle of the tool would allow for the message to our son. When I received the knife, I couldnt believe that Knives and Tools engravers had squeezed the engraving into a groove on the handle. The engraving is so small that it can hardly be read and doesnt appear to accurately reflect the message either. Every other site that offers engraving on Leatherman Tools indicate that engraving on the handle will be on the largest area of flat surface available. Following my complaint, despite my very clear instructions, I have an email from Knives and Tools.co.uk, stating that their engravers chose where to put the engraving.
Its a shame that Knives and Tools.co.uk cant remember who the customer is and what the customer wants, especially as this is a company selling engraved gifts, which are obviously supposed to be special. Knives and Tools.co.uk have refused to take back this very expensive item despite their error and Distance Selling Regulations. I have had to instruct my Credit Card Company to investigate the possibility of a chargeback and they are now ignoring my emails.
I would advise anybody to seriously reconsider whether or not you want to give Knives and Tools.co.uk your business!

The delivery was really quick, took them less than a week to ship what I ordered. But quality-wise... I'd rather pay up for something better... The knife feels very "plastic", the handle does not seem to last long... Not really worth it imo.
