This company is fraud, i tired to contact my manager Cindy, she is ignoring my message since a month and i have contracted with them, that if they are not able to progress in next 90 to 120 days, they will refund my money, no question ask! But, now it has been more than 5 months and i got zero result from this team and company, they are fake and all promises are fake. Now i am trying to contact for a refund, no one is responding.

Horrible company - horrible service - avoid them at all costs! They claim to be "ecomm experts" but in reality they're just well-disguised scammers. The positive reviews on here are either fictional or posted by the company's employees - look at how recent they all are. I paid them $5 K to run a Shopify store "A to Z" for me. They put horrible products on my website - wasted thousands of additional dollars of my money on ads - and got almost no sales for me. My teenage son watched a few YouTube videos and in less than 30 days has exponentially exceeded their results while spending less than 10% as much as they did on ads. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME with this company. I wish I had seen the complaints made to the Better Business Bureau about them (they have a rating of F by the BBB!). They are truly a horrible company that promises one thing and then doesn't deliver. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for ecommerce expertise!
