I really like this site. My boyfriend has been in Karate for over 30 years. He teaches students 3 nights a week. We get asked all the time from new parents and students where to buy uniforms and sparring equipment that's not so expensive. I always mention Kungfu4less because I've always gotten great products from their site and a great price. I recently started taking classes as well and purchased my uniform from them via Amazon and I not only got a great deal on a Century uniform, but it arrived at my house in 4 day! They have a return policy and you can email them if you need help with sizing. It's great for kids uniforms because they are excellent name brands and quality for half the price.

This just happened today. Worst customer service, they rude... Revise review based on company response... My apologies but you were review given the wrong information... it was not for a quote but for an order already placed that I suddenly was told is not going to ship that items were being made... instead of the website stating they were out of stock. The confusion caused the delay in conversation as rep took their time responding to my questions. I was told by the manager over the phone after first rep hung up and ended chat in the middle of my question. That he did not need my business... and by the way. Since when does customer service have a time limit of the issue is not resolved

Tip for consumers:
Don't ask for help over 5 min they get rude including owner that call himself manager

Ordered a sparing package, thought we ordered the wrong size face shield. They said it only comes in one size and after sending a picture showing it says Size S they in turn inform me the face shield in the package doesn't fit the headgear in the package. How can you offer a face shield in a package deal that doesn't fit?

The owner of this company is extremely rude and disrespectful. I have been a customer of theirs for 10 plus years, and have always received exactly what I ordered, until my most recent order a few days ago.

I ordered several belts for an upcoming promotion, and the next day I received an email saying they were out of stock in one of the sizes, and that they could order those sizes and ship my belts the following week. They did not wait for any response from me, and the order was shipped out 20 minutes after they emailed me, and they substituted the out-of-stock belts with larger sizes that I did not want, need, or can even use. (I replied to the email the next morning stating that I would like to wait for the belts to be in stock, and they replied back that it was too late, the order was already shipped)

I called the company and spoke with the owner about this issue and he became instantly hostile and extremely disrespectful towards a long-time customer.

He stated that he called me and left a message, and sent me an e-mail, and that I did not reply soon enough, (20 minutes from the time the email was sent and the package was shipped). I never received a call or a voicemail, because I would have called back immediately.

While speaking with the owner, his level of rudeness and hostility continued to increase, and I told him that his attitude was extremely unprofessional, and asked him is this how you treat all your customers. He stated "yes, if they call to complain". I told him that I was not calling to complain, but calling to get an issue resolved that was created on their end, (they substituted items that I did not order without any confirmation from me). He told me that he would send a return label for the incorrect belts, but he would not order the belts I needed, and that I should just deal with it, and that most customers would be happy with a substitution to still get their orders on time. (I made this order with plenty of time to spare before the upcoming promotion, in case of issues like this)

I told him that I was a long-time customer, and have spent a lot of money over the years with their company, and would most likely be spending thousands and thousands of dollars more overtime on uniforms belts and sparring gear, and he replied "I don't want or need your money, and you can just go somewhere else".

I told him that I absolutely cannot believe that I'm being treated like this by the owner of the company, and at that point he became even more disrespectful and rude.

I then told him that I would be leaving a negative review for him online, and he replied "good, I can't wait to read it". And after a few more hostile and disrespectful words, he hung up on me.

I have never, ever received such unprofessional and disrespectful customer service, especially coming from the owner of a company.
