Kwakol as refused to release my funds. My experience trading with kwakol is indeed a waste of time, after countless of sleepless night, my profit wasnt paid and they ain't responding to my complains. 7good weeks of clearing my balance without payment. Even after writing to the customer support several times, they keep saying the same thing and making false promises. I almost gave up until i file case to Apex chargeback who helped me get all my lost f*nds back.

I trust these guys and transfer $250 as a deposit and started trade and now I made profit of nearly $130.
I am requesting team to process my withdrawals and they are not even responding for 1 week.
David and Michael both are requesting me to deposit $1000 but not willing to process my withdrawals.

I requested them still no response. They grab your savings and won't return back anything and later they may block your account too. Not trustworthy and they don't even mind if you mail them 1000 times for your withdrawals don't trade with them.

Still waiting for my withdrawal 2 weeks after I dit the request. I tried to reach them multiple times, they totally ignore me. As a single mom, every dollars counts for me and I feel really naive to have fallen for this scam

They blocked me from withdrawing for over 6 months, they kept telling me to put in more money to get my money out which I have refused. I was able to get some help with swift cashback.org. Come after hearing about how they come through for people in similar cases during my search for a way out, kwakol market was forced to close my account and refund all the investment I had with them.

I believe all this positive reviews aren't not real...
I deposited 30$ and it never reflected in my account up till now. I tried to reach all there customer support (calls, mails, chats and whatsapp) but no response and no refund... I was not surprised when I noticed kwakolmarkets is not regulated by CBN and they claim to be the best broker in Nigeria...
I registered not up to a month now and they already show me small pepper... Anyone reading this should pls not fall for this scam and carefully select another broker. I'm a victim already don't be a victim too! Everything may go well at first, to make you feel it is real, suddenly they're just gonna surprise you! Don't say I did not tell you

Have done a withdrawal been 5 days now and i have not received it.also the support team doesnt reply to my emails

I have requested for withdrawal but there is no response from the team since 10 days.

Kwakol Market is not recommendable at all. These are fraudsters.

Fake broker be warn not to use them because it is an organize pyramid scheme I hope anyone coming across this complain should not waste his or her precious time on this $#*!ty broker

Yes we all need to make profit but the kind of spread you get on kwakol is just overrated... Like it's too much, otherwise they are the best not gonna lie

I am writing this follow-up to my previous review regarding my experience with Kwakol Markets. After facing a series of challenges in attempting to withdraw my hard-earned profits, I received a call from Harris, a representative of the company. Harris informed me that my account manager had left the company, which had caused the delay in addressing my withdrawal request.

I am relieved to share that Harris took immediate action to rectify the situation. He not only acknowledged the delay but also expedited the processing of my profit withdrawal. I can confirm that I have successfully received my profits, and I appreciate the efforts made by Harris to resolve this matter.

The swift and responsive action taken by Harris has definitely improved my perception of Kwakol Markets. While the initial experience was disheartening, Harris's intervention has shown a willingness on their part to address issues and maintain the integrity of their services.

As a result of this positive turnaround, I am considering continuing my trading journey with Kwakol Markets. If my interactions with them continue to be as positive and transparent as the one with Harris, I may further explore their services.

Nigerian spam.its not at all trading website. They show you the website and fake trading just to grab your money. Very well organized financial crimes from a team of trained persons

Withdrawal request of 50usd not approved since 17july.Reminding through email dairy. No response. Seems phishy

Am not here to defame anyone am just narrating like common person that I went through.
It started with promise of Robotic trading was asked to deposit refundable $250 by Kwakol market. After week nothing worked as promised. After month person from Kwakol called me on Jan 26th 2023. He introduced himself as 12-15 yrs experienced and promised to touch sky. He also told he has never traded with $250 and which seemed okay to me. I got convinced to put $1750 where he said will add some bonus that I can use for trading. First thing he asked me to trade was WTI, most volatile and risky instrument for newbie. After few positive trades rest my trades started going in negative. Un fortunately I was advised to open 100 Volume max which I did nearly to that, told not to be afraid and keep opening the trade till my margin is 200%(As per the external expert review this is incorrect). Mr.M advised me not to close with losses instead to deposit more which came up to 10+K:-(. Later did not turn up after several emails except for accepting deposits. I can't explain the stress I went through with 3 yrs old kid to look after. By then I had deposited $10,028 to recover my capital:-(. Trust me I did not have any withdrawal apart from $300 & $100 and one being for confirming my bank account. Later recovery manager entered the situation for Kwakol and they are only 4 people in entire company and will help me recover my account as it was in RED Alert. He spoke few hours logically where I had to put more funds to save my capital. I was assured will recover my account if I listen to him. It was so stressful, and I did not want to loose $10,028 so I had to deposit $3K to save my account and then $2K. Started doing small trades where my margin moved to 400%. Equity started showing 40 to 50% recovery. Was assured to make good profit and then close the trades with losses. My plan was to recover my capital, I was not even looking for single dollar profit apart from my capital amt. I was given WRITTEN confirmation that by June 10th I will withdraw $10K amount with my equity 30K and also SWAP free. SWAP was removed frequently. I had second baby plan hence me and my husband took call to get over this mess as this time recovery manager was genuine, God believing person, honest & someone like us. Me and my husband went extreme, closing my bank account, one of fixed deposit, borrowed from my mom and my husband made some personal loan as well. We accumulated and did multiple deposits. ($******* is the total deposit I made till now apart from my initial $250 refundable deposit and withdrawal of $400). Again I got RED margin as trades were in wrong direction, Kwakol put $4K to save my account as I started breaking emotionally when I was asked for more deposit. Unfortunately, my account got washed out.
I got my case reviewed by legal professionals and professional traders and they said its pure SCAM, as per them trading above 20% of capital is wrong way. No doubt I learnt to review inventory reports, CPI reports, red folder reports in forex factory etc. but it was at cost my years of savings, 5-6 months of stressful weekdays.

The representative, understand that i value a lot the knowledge part of all of this, i got into trading in order to learn, and not earn only money. Thank you for your empathy
