Poor Customer Service

Received my set of icon air purifiers, one did not work tried contacting the Lab Charge customer service, they do not answer the phone calls. The direct you to their 24/7 email site, have emailed them 5 times still no reply. Plus I was charged a bill for $45.00 and another bill for $135.52; second one was the cost for the set, no idea what the $45.00 was for. This has been a terrible company to do business with. And the air purifiers do not work as stated in the sale demo. Stay away!

Don't buy from this Company!

I purchased 6 units from LabCharge and returned for refund as I was told sinc I was not happy with the size, received 6 in a box approximately 12" x 12". Also, the same day I made the first order I mistakenly made a second order and contacted them immediately and I was told that order was cancelled and would give a full refund. That was 10/03/22. The agent later advised they would have to wait to send cancelled order refund along with returned order refund once I provided proof of return, I sent proof of shipping with UPS the day after her email telling me they would send refund for both orders together. I have filed a dispute on the order placed with PayPal and waiting on their resolution. It has been a terrible ordeal that I hope to never experience again! I'm sure I will never see the cancelled order refund in the amount of $135.31 but hoping I will get the refund through PayPal for the order placed through them for $135.31 plus $45.00. As of 11/06/22 I am still wait!

Scam no returns

Stay far away from Lab Charge
October 20, 2022

I ordered 3 air filters from them on September 10th. Nothing ever showed up and I got no emails. I filed a dispute with Pay Pal regarding it. They sent pay pal a proof of delivery. What they delivered what some sort of sache thing to control odor which smells like death. It is 3" x 6" and was sent in an envelope. I don't think 3 air purifiers fit in an envelope. I think they never intended to do anything with my order. Pay Pal denied my claim because they got a proof of delivery. What does that prove really?:?

FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD

This company is a fraud! They don't honor their money back guarantee. I returned the item here's the UPS tracking#1Z07AY*******267. They received their item back unused and kept my $143.82. Do NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

THIS IS THE BIGGEST SCAM AND FRAUDULENT COMPANY I HAVE EVER HEARD OF. THEY DO NOT SEND THE RETURN LABELS AND THE PRODUCT SMELLS TOXIC AND STOPPED ME UP AND I HAD TO GET ON ANTIBIOTICS. LIARS AND FRAUD. CONTACT BBB AND PUT ALL OVER FACEBOOK.

Poor customer service

Returned 2 air purifiers in January 2022. Requested a refund. To date no refund. Standard response to all my emails..."referred to finance department". Have never heard from them. Extremely poor customer service. Would not recommend this company.

Total jerks. As previous person noted, their emails are canned. I have maybe twenty copies of their same reply. 6/1/2022 they received all products back from me. Now 8/17/2022, and no refund what-so-ever. Will now write to Better Business Bureau and Facebook.

This company is a joke I returned my order in it's been 2 months since I've received my refund. Sent many emails and got generic responses. You can't call them. I'm out more than $300.00.

This company should be closed down and the owners arrested for fraud, i sent back 3 of them, 2 hadn't even been out of the box, they tried to say that they were heavily damaged and that is a BIG FAT LIE, we used 1 for a week in our bedroom and it sat on a table, we aren't smokers or dirty people, they are nothing but liars and scammers, im disputing it again, i will not pay for them, they got the merchandise and i got nothing

I inadvertently ordered items I did not want from my order of a set of 4 LabCharge Air Purifiers as a Christmas gift. There was no way to remove items from the cart on the last step of payment for the order. I received the order I wanted and another unopened package with 6 purifiers that I did not want. I contacted LabCharge immediately and was sent a return label, which was used to return the package on Dec. 12,2021. I was due a refund of $246.39, which to this date (Mar. 30,2022) has not been credited to my account. Has anyone else encountered this problem?

Fraud

I ordered 3 purifiers and they said I could send them back for a full refund and never got the refund and they kept the purifiers. They should be shut down amd be taken to jail for fraud. They have blocked my messages and will not respond back on email. Please someone shut them down for being dishonest to us.
