Bought a battery which did not work, called cust service 3 times with no resolution. Had my credit card company dispute the charge, finally received credit. Company called me to aplogize and wanted their old battery back. Sent me a check for 5.50 but it cost me 9.72 at USPS with mailer. Company refused to pay the balance to me. They even admitted that they knew the product was bad at the time of purchase.
