Not very helpful customer support, quite arrogant actually. They sent my new lenses without my original case and in fact the case they sent it did not correctly cover my frame nor lenses also I feel that the website ordering process is cumbersome without very little support and navigation assistance. I will probably order locally next time to avoid any issues in the future, my eyesight is too important to leave to chance and just an email communication. Lesson learned.
Tip for consumers:
order your lenses from a store so that you know what you are getting and support your local shop at the same time !!
