I ordered a model orrery for about $45. What arrived was completely unlike the advertisement. Cheap piece of junk; no moving parts, and bent. Tried to complain, but company (Chinese?) called Leslieta only asked for photos, then videos. Kept saying they needed more info to evaluate the complaint. They would pay me 5% (!) of the purchase price. Said it would be $50 to send it back to China. Then they started sending only boilerplate letters that were the same as their initial response. I finally gave up. At last check, their website had vanished.
