Lexia is a very good app! At first, I didn't like it as much, but when I leveled up from level 15 to level 16, it made me feel confident. I kept doing Lexia because I wanted to complete it; It helped me understand signal words, Greek combining forms, vocabulary strategies, text, connections, & way more. After I completed it, I missed Lexia & now I don't have a reading program because my school doesn't have another reading program. I hope they add another couple of levels because it was amazing & I learned many things, & now, I have the reading skills for me to start middle school! Overall, I think it is an amazing website, the only thing I have a problem with is the limited amount of levels there is; It's still an amazing program & it helps students like me learn. So that is my opinion.
As a fifth grader i think that lexia is annoying. Every-time when l log into lexia i hear their annoying sound and it makes my brain hurt. Ex. Making one mistake in lexia, lexia will talk for a long time. It also has three parts that we have to do in order to pass the level. Lexia l wish you could have a button for us to press if we are very confused instead of saying stuff a long time lexia should say in a short sentence. Sincerely Yulia
Every single time I log in to Lexia core 5, I feel a sense of dread and madness. My school has been making me do Lexia for 6 years now, and I am starting to go a little bit insane. The worst thing about it is every time I get a question wrong, that annoying voice yells at me for like 5 minutes. So I assume you can understand why I hate it so much.
-Dash Parker, fifth grade
Our school uses this software for homework. Its horrible. It only saves after you finish a long section and crashes all the time making it super difficult to finish anything.
Its literally so annoying like my little sister came back from school one day telling us about how lexia had told her about cool stuff so i decided because in my class we have a option between iready and lexia core and it was SO BORING i can't believe my teachers are saying this is good for us (But this may be because i have ADHD) and its teaching us things we learned in kindergarten like base words and things like that
If you get assigned this, you're out of luck, cause this weird-$#*! "game" is as cruel as ****. Get a question wrong ONCE, you're at a practice level, when you're done, you're gonna do it again, it's disheveled! Subscription for this, not on my list, never for Christmas. When the foot goes down, the bar goes up, it's like modern slavery right out of a cup.

Lexia Core5 is actually pretty trash, but still better than Zearn. First off, when the f**k are we going to get that "lexia lesson"? It just gets you worried for no f**king reason. But, thankfully it's not that goddamn rip-off SpongeBob block of cheese stupid cube from the tower of more hate of the f**king website from Zearn. That's all I wanted to say. This concludes my review.
Tip for consumers:
Prodigy is better than Zearn, and Lexia Core5 is still worse than ABC Mouse Reading

If you are thinking of getting Lexia don't think twice it is very bad I do not want you to waste money when you get one question wrong it takes you're time and gives you a million minute review saying the exact SAME thing
At first I didn't mind it much, but after a while it gets very boring. If I don't want to sit there doing the same things over and over again, then what makes them think first graders will? I don't have anything good to say about this app.
I hate lexia a lot to be honest i hate when i need to do 12 units to complete my ¨goals¨ and when login to lexia my brain hurts. And when you make ONE mistake lexia HAS to talk about a whole sentence before remaking my mistake. I just dont like it.one thing i do like is sometimes lexia gives you a second chance before remaking your mistake. But still one star lexia is to much!

Lexia is always kicking my out especially when I'm in class. I go up to my teacher at least 2 times a day, and it's not just my school computer because i have the same computer at home as mine at school.
Lexia generally sucks. When you fail a lesson, it spends hours basically explaining the same thing over and over. Speaking of failing lessons, when you fail a lesson, it can also spend hours explaining something not related to the question you got wrong. It always explains the same thing and never learns about what you got wrong and what you need. This site is filler for teachers who don't know any other sites or apps to use. Not only that I think that Lexia's AI voices can be okay at first but quickly turn into something annoying. They can mispronounce words as well. The voices in Lexia can be so vague and boring, making a child quickly lose interest in Lexia or learning all together. I have tried Lexia and there is nothing good about it except for it's interface and usage with 21 levels.
The only reason adults like it is because they haven't done it.
I have only proof of Lexia Power-Up sadly as I have moved up from Lexia Core 5, but they both still suck.
This thing is really really bad, and it makes things where it says commute then it says that I wrote commit when I didn't, they also should add more time in the grab and go warm up since there is not enough time because you can only do 11 because it doesn't even come out, I want to put no stars at all
This thing is TRASH DO NOT USE IT

Make sure not to skim the Lexia diagnostics, you might end up in level 6 when you are in 5th or 4th grade!
Listen, YOU DON'T WANT TO EVEN GET LEXIA! I am in 4th grade and it's still telling me how to spell usually! And whenever i get a question wrong, it gives me an ENTIRE 7 minute essay on how to spell correctly. And plus, the voice gets SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO annoying after like, 2 minutes!
Please, if you don't want to suffer the annoying voice, the very long essays, AND the reason you can't just use a pencil and paper, DON'T. GET. LEXIA.
It's slow and it repeats so much. I hate Leixa it is the worst.Almost my whole school hates it but having ADD is not helpful. I loath it and hope parants will not get it for their kids. - fourth grade girl Mattie.
Its not bad it works for learning and you can use it at home u just need an account and it works fine.
I have many reasons why its so bad. 1 I am expected to do 80 minutes a week when I have only 10 minutes a day to do lexia. 2. when I was in first grade I loved lexia but then in second grade it set me back to the grade average which was level ELEVEN it set me back 7 levels. I love reading and I read a lot. But I now do not learn anything cause it set me back. It sucks
