I ordered a dress 3 weeks ago for my son's wedding. I did everything that they asked as far as sizing and the dress was still small in certain places. Not only that the material was cheap and poor quality with a thin zipper placed in the back.
I did not want a replacement after seeing such sorry quality I wanted a refund. With shipping and handling my total bill was 210 dollars. I reached out to them to tell them that I was disappointed in such poor quality. I could got something like this for 39 dollars on line. They said I would have to pay my own shipping and handling back to china and wait on a ticket. Instead of sending me a return ticket they offered me some coupons and sent me a customer service link. I clicked on the customer service link it only has frequently asked questions no phone number and no way to contact anybody. I went to to my bank site where I paid them. The merchant number that they gave my bank was disconnected. The dresses online look beautiful. Please don't be fooled by these people. There ad says seven days to return but they do everything possible to keep this from happening. Please share this with your friends. I'm new to online ordering but never again with this company
Tip for consumers:
Please be careful when ordering any clothing although they have nice pictures that’s not what it looks like in person. They say you have 7 days to return but they will drag those days out
