NEVER GOT A CALL BACK AFTER FILING A CLAIM NUMEROUS TIMES WITH PICTURES AND CINCERNS. WHATS THE POINT IF BUYING THE VIP WARRANTY IF THEY IGNORE YOU TILL IT SUPPOSEDLY EXPIRES. VERY DISAPPOINTED BUYERS BE WARE GO ELSEWHERE THEY DONR APPRECIATE OUR BUSINESS. DONT BUY FROM LIVING SPACES. I HAVENT GOTTEN A CALL BACK YET..
