Arby's Locations

I ordered the steak burger combo. Deluxe. It had no cheese and it had so much of the sauce on that it was so soggy right down to the lettuce pickle and onion. A good burger does not need to be jazzed up.it was also to pink in the middle service is good food is ok

I visited Arby's on 07/29/23 in Canton, MI on Ford Road. I arrived in the drive thru lane at 5:57 pm. My order (2nd car in line) wasn't taken until 6:06 pm. I went to the window and paid for my order (which Arby by the way is not the cheapest fast food in town!) I was advised that in order to receive crinkle fries I would need to pull up and they would bring them out to me. By the time I had waited 20 minutes for my food to be brought to me I started seeing other cars drive away and this made me wonder how their fries could be done but mine still waiting. I went inside I advised that I had been waiting 20 minutes and everyone looked at each other and acted as if they couldn't find my order and would start working on it now. I advised them that I had plans and only came to Arby's because I thought it would be quick and that I would make it to the movie I was going to on time. When the food was finally brought to my car the fries were cold - so the story I was told that they were waiting for fries was not even truthful. I will strongly consider not going to Arby's for awhile. I live less then a block from this location and often times it was convenient to eat on the run and not to have to cook dinner at home. Food is generally pretty good and our orders via the drive-thru are usually correct.

I will give them a 5 star rating the day that my sandwich is 6 inches high as advertised on TV.

I sometimes go to the Arby's in Onalaska, WI. I've gone there a few times. So far the staff there seems friendly and the food I've had so far is great.

Our service was really slow I mean slow, possibly over 10 minutes before we received it.
The food was good.
