Lotus Bridal

I can't say enough how glad I am that I made the choice to say "yes to the dress" at Lotus Bridal in Mineola. Jessica was very attentive to my needs & all six of my bridesmaid, showed me multiple gowns. It was a great moment shared with friends and family and I'm so happy I was able to experience that at Lotus Bridal!

Yesterday, I had such an amazing experience searching for my perfect wedding dress. I had gone to another bridal store prior to Lotus, and I was disappointed because I was upfront about my budget and my timeline. I had fallen in love with 2 dresses and thought I was ready to move on only to find out the consultant never called to check in if the dress would arrive on time. When I called Lotus to book the appointment, I spoke to Danielle, whom was patient and professional. Since I had searched on their site what they carried, I told her what I wanted to see. She told me if they carried the dress in the Mineola location or in Brooklyn, she couldn't quote me the exact price on the phone, but had said if was in my budget or not. When I got to the store, she had pulled the dresses I wanted to see. She was so honest, patient and a pleasure to work with. Lisa, the manager was amazing as well. She took time out of her busy schedule to assist me with advice and guidance. They truly made my experience a perfect and memorable one. I would totally recommend calling to set an appointment. Karin
