I bought an urn from Love to Treasure offline through Etsy. I got the urn and it wouldn't open. It was basically sealed at the wrong end for some reason. I sent the seller pictures and a video of my husband trying to open it. She said we broke the metal urn and that is why we couldn't open it. Don't know how we could have done it, but she never gave our money back. Etsy did. She is a horrible person especially after dealing with death. I told her I would mail it back if she could send another one. She said no. Just horrible everything. Her reviews are because she buys them. My experience is my experience and I wouldn't waste one on her. You guys be the judge. So glad I could upload the video. Shows exactly what I was saying.
