I ordered a mermaid dress size 20 for my wedding that's coming in August. I receive my dress and it's a size small. I can't fit it I emailed the company several times haven't received anything back so I'm gonna have to dispute this charge and get my money back anyone, thinking about doing business with this company DON'T do it go, somewhere else!

I ordered a Dallas cowboys hoodie and leggings back in September. So far I have only received my leggings, got them in November. It is now December 8th and still haven't received my hoodie. I have emailed the company 19 times... asking for a refund. They refuse to give me one. The leggings are supposed to be cotton, they are 100% spandex. I hate them.

Dress came to my Daughters knees Mermaid Prom Dress went to her knees Won't adjust or refund money.

I don't recommend this site to no one the dress I ordered was absolutely wrong the design the fitting all of it. Then I pay over $150 for it and had to go and pay $250 for another dress now they don't want to return my money but guess what I'm getting it back so anyone who ordered with tgem and wasn't satisfied get in touch with paypal and file a dispute. Worst company ever FRAUD

They do everything wrong, the dress does not look like the photo, sizing come in wrong, they say that you gotta put the color number and it's not like that trust don't pick this website; I don't recommend it at all. FYI they don't accept return back even if you have even wear it plus they don't even give you your money back.

E mail the company the dress is falling a part. Jack e mail me back. They don't want to return the dress back. How do I report this. The dress is one day old since delivered.

I purchased a $200.00 dress as a bridesmaid. The other bridesmaids purchased theirs, and our dresses are all drastically different from each other. The actual colors of the dress are not even close to sage green. Mine looked closed to mint green. The attached picture shows the difference. The dresses have different kinds of fabric as well. Mine has four layers of tulle, the other bridesmaid dress has only one. I tried emailing them respectfully with the problem, they refused to work with me. Save yourself and your wedding - avoid this company.

I purchased a dress off the website, and it took over a month to get. I emailed them about 4-5 times asking to cancel the order, at which point, they sent out a cheaply made dress.

I sent the order back, and was not refunded, nor do I have the dress, and am now out $163.00.

An absolute SCAM and dangerous due to it being overseas... there's very little buyer protection or ability to file a credit claim. DO NOT BUY HERE.

This company is a scam. I ordered a dress for 269 dollars. I received a month and a half later and the dress was not what I ordered. I asked reimbursement and was told they would reimburse me after I shipped the dress in the same condition I received. I paid another 260 bucks (approx) to return the dress to China. Emmy confirmed she received the dress and was evaluating the condition to reimburse me. It's been over 2 months and nobody responds to my emails. I am out over 450 dollars. I am not going to give up though. I have friends that went to law school with me all over the globe.

NEVER EVER ORDER THERE RETURN POLICY SUCKS! If you don't put in for a return before the exact clock time REALLY the exact time by the exact minute they will refuse the return. So now I'm paying for a $189.00 dress that does not fit... and they will do nothing to help.

Order daughter's prom dress from this luckydressshop.com. The dress was literally falling apart and they suggested we have it fixed. We paid 269.00 for this dress. Luckydressshop.com and luckydresses.com are one in the same, a dummy websites that uses images of beautiful dresses they donot make. Then Aiming Sun, who calls herself Emmy try to deny we ordered from them; so after throughly researching and reporting them, I got all money back.

I wish I would have read these reviews before I bought my dress from this company who I feel scammed me. When the dress arrived it was not in my size at all even when they asked me to send them my measurements (I am a pretty easy size to fit) and it looked like a cheap knock off of the photo that I saw. I tried to ask them for a refund and I would send the dress back.

In a number of back and forth emails they said they couldn't do a refund and that they would reimburse me $30 so that I could find a tailor to alter the dress where I live or they suggested that I sell the dress. Needless to say I was pissed to no end. Its definitely made more cautious of what and from whom I buy things online. A painful lesson learned.

I ordered a bridesmaid dress for my friend's wedding. I gave luckydressshop.com my exact measurements and the dress came 2.5 inches too small everywhere. It wasn't even close to zipping closed. There was no hope in me losing enough weight to fit into the dress (I'm a size 2) so I told them about their mistake. They made me pay shipping back to China ($40 minimum from California) before sending me a dress in the size I ordered. I received the new dress and it is over an inch too big everywhere. Better too big than too small, but I'm still going to have to have it altered by a professional in the States.

This was a terrible experience, I fell in love with a dress from this online store and paid almost $300 fro it, it not as cheap as you would think! I gave them my size and measurements and the send me a very very poor replica of the dress I loved. Cheap satin fabric, crooked details, wrong design in many aspects like the back end, angles, missing parts of the original dress, etc. I obviously tried to return it and emailed them back about 10 times explaining how it was made wrong and that was just no the same dress I ordered but a poor and cheap replica. They answered blabber from their "tailor" saying that it was made according to the measurements and simply wont return my money back. Stay away from this website! They don't let you pay on Paypal so you have no way to fight for your money back. It was simply a nightmare. I had to finally go to a dress shop and to my surprise the price were great, i got to try and feel the material of my dress and choose it for real, not from an expensive bride dress designer's photo that these Chinese "tailors" will never be able to reproduce.
