LuckyPet have been terrible. Waited so long for an item to ship its past thebexpected delivery date and still not sent. Communication is terrible. The refused to cancel my order. Obviously all fake reviews on google. Hopefully people still make the effort to give honest reviews on other sites. AVOID LUCKYPET...

I ordered a couple of pet products for my pooch and the products turned out to be very average quality. It is much better to visit your local pet store if you are not sure of the brands you want to purchase.

I placed an order for puppy food and paid for express delivery expecting to receive my order in two days as is the case with all other companies I was told there had been a glitch in the system and my order hadn't been received with no apology, no refund on express postage and have just been notified my order may not arrive for another 5 days. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY if you are expecting a quick turn around or any customer service whatsoever! I was extremely dissatisfied.

Best Tag's I could buy. Stainless steal, Fast delivery. We used to get our tag's at Wal Mart, but they took out the machines. So I looked on line. And found Lucky Pet. They were great. Thank you for the fast, quality service. The Locklar's, Midland, TX

I've never seen such a terrible and unprofessional reply to a feedback email, not even requesting a refund, just honest feedback.
After several emails and a very polite conversation which became un-civil after the flat out sarcasm and rude responses to my questions, I will be pursuing further action via the ACCC

Extremely bad customer service! No reply at all after you paid for the items and ask for help. They just want your money but not care about the customers! No refund with sending to a incorrect address and no response to you! Strongly not recommend this shop! Don't waste your time and money! Avoid Lucky Pet

Prices are higher than I normally see in the States but I was able to find my dog's favorite toy so I was stoked. Happy to support a small biz instead of Amazon.

Ordered a cute collar & tag for my kitten and she wiggled out of it and lost it the first day! I contacted Lucky Pet to order a replacement and they sent me a replacement for free. There seems to be a lot of mixed reviews, but I found them to be great! I was not expecting a free replacement. Thank you!

I am definitely not one to write negative reviews, but having had such a bad experience with this company, I hope I can help others avoid a similar experience (I should have read the other negative reviews).

I purchased both a dog door and a locking adapter from Lucky Pet.
There was a bracket missing from the dog door, rendering the locking adapter useless. I reached out explaining there was a missing part, and was told to leave it with them.

In the 4 weeks I waited for a response regarding the replacement part, I had to organise an alternative solution to secure the door and my house.
After 4 weeks I reached out and requested a refund due to the lack of replacement part.
Jo then lied to me, saying that a replacement part had already been sent out a few weeks earlier, and that she had sent me a tracking number. None of these things were true, and it seemed she was only saying this to try and save face.

I had offered to pay another $15 postage in order to return the product, but was told I would not be unable to return it because it had been longer than a week since purchase.
After much back and forth, they agreed to a refund, but then told me it would cost more than 3x the original postage amount to return it ($50), which seemed like a ploy to steal money back.

I ended up speaking with Consumer Affairs, who told me that Lucky Pet should be processing the refund, and covering all return postage costs; they instructed me to write an official letter of complaint outlining the above. Jo ignored this letter, claiming to be on holiday and that she wasn't going to have access to her emails for *7 weeks*, and that she would be ignoring all emails prior.
This was a lie, as she promptly responded via email to a fake customer request I placed through their website a few days later.

I still haven't heard back to my letter, and now have to take this to VCAT in order to find a resolution.

I really hope this story can help someone avoid this horribly unprofessional, and unethical, company.

Paid $350 for a dog ramp, which should have resulted in a great product.
First ramp arrived damaged. The retailer box (inside the freight box) had been opened both ends, prior to sending. The side of the ramp itself was scratched and also the feet scratched. It was clearly already used. After managing to get a replacement, I was left to dispose of the initial ramp. Lucky Pet would not pick it up, but advised me to drop it to a charity! The ramp itself is poorly designed and a finger pinch hazard. Also, it wont fit flat in the boot of my large suv, which isn't ideal for a product designed for car use. Buy elsewhere

. Check your emails I did sent you photos of my clipper and the blade that did not fit on the 6th of July. I also provided you with an independent witness who could attest to the fact the blade did not fit my clipper( a clipper shop in Adelaide, cant get more qualified than that) you completely ignored this, and probably will continue to do so. Again you should have paid the return postage. I am so glad the public can see what I have been dealing with.

I wish I had seen the reviews before purchasing. I purchased what turned out to be very poor quality nina ottoson puzzles that were quite expensive. It's taken me weeks to get a reply as I was trying to find out if there were some kind of product guarantee. My dog isn't a chewer at all, but he destroyed the puzzles in 20 minutes. No guarantee, poor quality, poor service. Spend your money elsewhere.

Purchased 2 items, dental catnip toys, awesome product, well made with quality materials, my cat is loving them.
The "I pet head dry shampoo/mousse, my cat is feeling smelling fresh & is a lovely bright white color once again, it easily removed yellow staining from her feet & there was viable dirt left on the towel. Easy to use mess free..

I purchased a chew toy for my dog that was marketed as guaranteed tough but lasted less than 1 week. Dont be fooled by the 30-DAY 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. If you are not satisfied because a product fails to perform as promised, which you will only find out after you/your pet uses it and it cannot be returned in the same condition that you received it, then you will only be offered a replacement. Not a refund. What is the point of getting a replacement that is not going to perform any better! And lets not forget that they will expect you to pay for postage to return it, and include a reply paid pack so that they can send the replacement to you.

I purchased Comfortis Plus tablets yesterday and they arrived in Sydney today. I cannot fault this seller's service.

I purchased two foobler feed balls after seeing the advert and endorsement from Dr Harry Cooper. They are cumbersome, hard cheap plastic, very awkward to unluck for small hands and the thread mechanism on the key unlock system is worn after one week to the point of just turning continuously so that it can't be used. Useless load of cheap (probably made overseas) crappy plastic.
Also the bell system is so inadequate you can hardly hear the tiny tinging.
A GOOD IDEA But CHEAPLY MANFACTURED FOR HIGH PROFIT
I WOULD RATHER PAY MORE FOR HIGH QUALITY.
So much for supporting local Forget it buy cheap stuff from The Reject Shop instead.

I purchased 2 clipper blades from this store and 1 was blunt. Despite several phone calls and emails I have not received a replacement. If not for credit card charge backs I would have lost $30.00

I have purchased toys and treats from Lucky Pet and the service has been fantastic, my dogs love the products and we always get treats with our orders. The shipping is super fast too.

Very happy with the service I have received from Lucky Pet. Have used a couple of times now. Each time the service has been fantastic. Loved that I can also use Afterpay.The prices are very competitive. Another place I looked at had the dog shampoo for nearly double the price of Lucky Pet. Will continue to shop with them.

Ordered a harness for my dog on Sunday afternoon and received it Tuesday morning. Super fast shipping and the harness was as advertised. Will be ordering from them again.
