Luxedress

Bought few dresses with them last year and everything was going well until and big confusion made by them. Sent back couple of items and asked for few in exchange they sent me couple and said that one of them was out of stock but would be sent As soon as they had it, and they never did, after months I emailed them asking for it and they keep finding excuses to not send the rest of what I was supposed to receive. Very stressful, very frustrating, they almost made me feel I was the crazy one in the story, and in the end almost 150$ to the trash.

I wish I could give this company a minus 1 for defective product and misleading consumers. I ordered a mini dress ($169) in size 2XL I wear a size 12 but the size chart showed that a 2XL will fit etc. Received the dress and the size was at least FIVE sizes smaller.I'm not exaggerating. Now. I received the dress from a US address as stated on the packing slip BUT was notified via email (when I requested a Return Merchandise Address) to return to China because their warehouse has relocated and no staff is on-site to accept packages etc. FYI. I just received the dress a few days ago from the warehouse. The dresses are not US size acceptable and you definitely will be disappointed! WARNING: DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!
