We installed 7 LVI Thermosoft heaters 2 months ago. We provided house plans and advised that the house had cathedral ceilings. After 2 months of operation it is clear that they are totally ineffective in heating any part of the house. We have had to resort to installing a wood heater as no other form of heating (RCAC, ducted heating etc) can be installed due to the age and design of the house. We have now permanently turned off most of the heaters as the cost of running them is exorbitant. The bottom line is if you want a heater that only increases your electricity bill to astronomical levels, but do nothing to heat your home, then buy the LVI Thermosoft heaters. They are absolutely useless. Finally, the app provided is frustrating. In order to get synchronization, the changes have to be entered up to 4 times.
