I have waited over a month for an item ordered on the website. I have tried to inquire about the status, but the best response has only been that their support team will look into. And no response from the support after a week.

Many products sold here are not of US manufacture and all are grossly overpriced. A total fraud. Don't be an American sucker.
I haven't shopped from here much but the name says what should be expected. I wanted to do as much shopping as I could from American products. I ordered 2 knifes and a crossbow from this site, all of which were made in China, which I found out after getting my shipment. I'm pretty upset, thinking that I am helping my local economy, but was flat out lied to. If you want American made products look somewhere else.
