If I could give Madepromotion.com a negative number, I would. I purchased promotion from Madepromotion.com, but I never received it. Their dashboard says they are in the middle of processing my order but nothing has happened for days. I emailed them twice, but received no response. Piece of advice to the company: if you want to make it as a business owner, get back with your customers. Don't have them pay for a service that you won't provide. Good luck. I will be disputing this charge with my bank.

Tip for consumers:
Try to find companies that have a lot of good reviews. It's not always about the price. Usually, if a price is too good to be true, it probably is and in my case, it was too good. Thankfully, my bank will issue me a refund and go after their bank.
Everything went well,, order was started within a few hours and was visible on my artists profile the day after. Thank you for great service

The only company I keep coming back for. I been out shopping around but it always ends up with madepromotion, because they deliver the purchased on time and traffic is real from start to end.

I had ordered the package for 2.5k listeners on my podcast but have yet to receive any at all. I'm curious on if it takes a longer period of time or if I'm just not going to receive anything at all.

First of all, it's always easier to get a answer by contacting our customer service instead of getting customer service through a review site:-))
So, your order for https://open.spotify.com/episode/2rykW4B95PMFAPT5SdpF5Q?si=lE3N7mOCQ2uzn_V_FAfr4A was placed on June 3rd and started yesterday, that's faster than normal. It takes normally 5 days to setup podcast campaign as written on service page and in our terms and condition.
Kindly note that podcast promotion takes up to 6 days to deliver from campaign setup date, as it's harder to market than music.
