I ordered 2 steel seat bases for my Polaris RZR on August 17,2022. When I initially ordered these seat bases I talked to Will Madigan. I needed these seat bases built and shipped to me before September 26,2022, because I had vacation planned in September and needed these seat bases for my Polaris RZR. He told me that he could have them built and shipped to me within two weeks, so on that note I decided to order the seat bases. At the two week mark I have not received the seat bases and at one month into this order again I still have not received my seat bases and when I try to contact Will, sales rep at Madigan and also son of the owner of the business, Tom Madigan, he tells me that he is having issues getting the parts. This is nothing more than steel being cut with a plasma cutter, welded together and then powder coated, I know how this process works, I don't need a lame $#*! Excuse that you are waiting on parts. Also, when I have tried to contact someone at Madigan they seem to not answer the phone til 11 am or later, so If you call between 9 & 11 am, when they are supposedly open for business, no one answers the phones. Before 12pm, Will is probably still at home sleeping so you might want to wait til after 12pm to try to reach him but no guarantees. I am calling several times a week to try to get updates. Sometime around the 15th of September, Will finally answers the phone and tells me that he has one seat base that was returned, it was already built and supposedly sold to another customer but something happened with that transaction and it was cancelled, he asked me if I wanted that one shipped even though I ordered two, I told him yes because I needed it yesterday. The week of September 26th, 2022, I did receive 1 seat base but it was late and I had to cancel my vacation plans. Now we come to October 17,2022, two months into this order, and still I have not received the second seat base. I have left numerous voicemails, I am calling several times a day, multiple days every week, leaving messages with a woman at Madigan for Will to call me back and he never has once. I have to call multiple times a day to try to get a hold of Will on the fat chance he might answer the phone and when I have got a hold of him he keeps stringing me along with the same lame $#*! Story of how he is waiting for parts still. I finally put my foot down today on October 26,2022 and called the woman who answers the phones and told her to relay to Will, because Will is not available to talk to me, like always, that I want my money returned, $143.00 for the one seat base that I still have not received. Its been two months and ten days since I ordered these seat bases and I still cant get the second one. Will did decide to call me back and he was a complete jack $#*! To me, he was upset with me that I used curse words on the phone with his secretary. I used the "f" word in regard to that I ordered these seat bases two "f-in" months ago and I still cant believe I dont have the second one, how hard is it? Like this women secretary has never heard the f word before. I didn't raise my voice with her, I didn't threaten her or call her any names, I don't do that. If she is so offended by curse words maybe she needs to pursue a career that does not involve customer service? So now I am waiting to see if Will, like he told me on the phone, will refund me the $143.00 for the one seat base that I have not received yet. The experience I had with Will and Madigan Motorsports, I would never recommend that business to anyone. I have tried to be patient with Will and Madigan Motorsports for two months and 10 days but enough is enough. Its only obvious this business is having issues with a supplier or in-house that they could not get these seat bases made. My thoughts, businesses who employ their family members have a high failure rate because in my opinion and life experience, their kids or family members make their own hours and/or steal from the business. 11-2-2022 (Update) I did get a refund of $143.00 from Madigan Motorsports for the seat I didn't receive. The only problem I paid $299.71 with tax for two seat bases. I received one and got credited for one. If you divide $299.71 by 2 it's $149.85, I got shortened $6.85 from Madigan Motorsports.
