I ordered a custom baseball jersey from Malcolm Terry and it was the most awful workmanship I've ever seen. The fabric was a different purple than the LSU purple advertised on their site, the custom letters and numbers I paid extra for arrived splotched with dirt and adhesive, there were areas of the shirt where pink thread was used on the seams of a purple jersey, and the paper backing of the custom name was left open and disintegrated in the washer. The "CEO" Jody offered me a 30% refund for a shirt that I waited 8 weeks to receive and is not wearable. When I asked for a full refund she said I could send it back to China but she'd charge a 50% restocking fee. I accepted a 50% refund and called it quits. Avoid Malcolm Terry at all cost.

I ordered a jersey in early November. Got shipping insurance as offered. No jersey. The shipping information received says label made on November 22. Another status says label made november 29. Another label december 11! Still no jersey! No refund! No communication

I ordered my jersey and over a month ago and I still do not have the order. Do not order from this place

I ordered my grandson a specific Notre Dame jersey he requested for Christmas. It arrived after the fact but the quality was very good and he loved it! So if you want a good quality jersey, give it about a month to arrive.

Hesitated to order bc I hadnt heard of this company before. Order was timely and exactly what I wanted.
