I can't say enough good things about the food and the service. It was a happy accident I found Keto Pi Factory a few days ago and am so glad I did. The assortment of available keto desserts is unbelievable not to mention delicious. The pita chips. Amazing. Like eating crackers. It's been a year but I still remember what eating crackers was like. This app is a great, FREE way to keep track of calories in and out and set a specific daily goal. It would be nice if you could add your own exercises and calories since different people burn different amounts of calories doing different things. There is an option to pay for a premium account in order to be able to log body measurements, more nutrition details, and sleep, but the free version works just fine to record calories and weight over time. It is fun to track calories even if you don't want to try to lose weight. It is interesting to see what you are putting into your body. This app makes tracking calories easy and fun.
