I'm a 68 yr old woman in good shape for my age. But over the last 5 years a persistent belly has been revealing itself! I saw the ads for Better Me & thought 'why not'? Workouts are REAL! Customized for me. I'm feeling muscles I don't remember having! It's great to touch my toes again in less than a week! I'm in for the long haul! Can't wait to see the results after 3 weeks!
