This owners son-in-law will put them out of business.
This started in oct 2022 I had vent pipe leaks. They came and replaced flashing I think (?) but spray painted vent pipes. Ok so after supposedly fixed vent pipe leaks sure enough a storm comes 5months later and rips off their shingles in whole sheets around vent pipes. I called and they did put tarp on it. By may still no new roof as it was totaled. This was at least three months of what takes maybe a day or two. Day! It got worse from there. I assume to by time to cover his lies.
He even called my real estate lady a Fn realtor! Kept trying to up agreed Prices snd turning in more claims for more money on stuff they did not fix. Salesman Never once got on my roof for first inspection after the storm. Ins came back out to reassess. Yes they told me all the things wrong Maupin did or didn't do.
When Made an agreement-signed and he takes my original copy. Brings back with written in things I guess to cover his $#*!, stated all work to be paid from Ins proceeds- plus my out pocket ded, which paid up front. He is arrogant n the worst at lying about anything oral or written in agreement snd work was to be completed correctly- nope. Pattern off on shingles. (Not so sure they used left over-old crap) then they left old nails pounding in decking, several decking now sagging. They even gouged out areas in decking and chimney, around fireplace and trim on chimney. They did not do all the work Ins and I paid for. They rip me off more by not pulling old gutters n replacing drip edge before roof replaced snd yes new ones-covered with full replacement. They stole my old drip edge which was to be replaced snd I paid. I watched the guy nicley, carefully roll up and remove the old drip edge I guess to reuse on someone else home, or what? N I got no new drip edge. They damaged my heat unit,
They did not do anything with care or concern. They messed up trim soffits. House losing heat ever since and it's like a jet stream between attic and indoor heat. The cheap $#*! vents he added worthless and they crushed my electric vent cover. Did not fix chimney cap /trim- they made worse when removing roof. Gouges in side etc.
I was told by one of Maupin contractors that they are told to do these things! I could not sell as was left fire hazard around flue! That's a serious code issue.
Broke the gate. List goes on
Yes they Pissed and peed on my home, roof windows snd neighbors mailbox -on camera.
Really tore up wood trim. Cheapest guttering not installed like salesman said " I'll make gutters look awesome and do bang up great job, that will look good. Haha.
No I won't stop till you make all right!
You got paid good money- too much for what product snd work.
To the post above yes very rude snd I believe we need to find out how to report them.
Anywho turning in to OK gov bbb

This review is based solely on my opinions due to my own personal experiences with this company. This well-known roofing and general construction company was contracted to remove and replace the roofing on my home and well-house in March 2023. I requested that only materials manufactured by Tamko be used due to my long experience using their products and my observations during my 37years as an insurance adjuster. Tamko's shingle warranty requires that all materials used to install the roof be their products. I have a minimum pitch on my roof and wanted to use the top-quality materials for every aspect of the installation and wanted to exceed usual methods and requested that, the contractor install Tamko manufactured ice and water shield material on the entire surface of the roof decking rather than just using the usual "felt" type underlayment. Ice and water shield material is usually used on very low pitch areas, valleys and around extrusions such as chimneys, vent pipes etc... After the installation started, the salesman/supervisor came to me and advised that, they would only use the material around the perimeter edges, along the ridge and around the extrusions and not the entire surface. I expected that since the ice and water shield was much mor expensive that the felt type material, there would be a reduction of the job price or a refund of the difference. I paid the full contract price at the end of the installation and no adjustment of price was forthcoming. I had requested that, the very best quality, solar powered, attic ventilator be installed, which was a new item on the roof. After the installation was completed, I couldn't tell that the vent motor ever started when the attic temperature reached 85 degrees as was intended. I called the company and requested that someone call me and come by to check the unit to determine if it was working. I was told someone would call me back that day. Noone called. A short time later, a severe hailstorm occurred at my location and, wanting to determine if my new roof had sustained damage and, still wanting to have the vent checked, I called the company and again requested that someone contact me to make arrangements to inspect the roof and vent. I was again assured that someone would call me that day. Noone did. I contacted the company six times over the following six to seven month period and was repeatedly told that someone would call me. I sent two e-mail requests and was later told that, the e-mail address on their website did not work. In early October, I was finally able to speak with the original salesman/supervisor who sold the job to me and supervised the job. We made arrangements for him to inspect the roof the following Wednesday. I contacted him that day and told him that although I could not meet with him due to me having the flu, he could go ahead with the inspection and call me following the inspection to advise of his findings. I was at home all day but did notice if he came by for the inspection and he never called with the results. I again contacted their office on 10/18/23 and the lady who answered was able to get the salesman on the line. He claimed that he had inspected the roof and that there was nothing wrong with the vent or hail damage to the roof. He just argued that there was no way to tell if the newer vents were working by sound or by feeling for hot air being drawn out of the attic. He continually interrupted me and talked over me and ended up telling me to shut up and hung up on me. He called later and offered to inspect the roof and vent and I allowed him to do so. He came out and inspected the roof and called me to tell me that the vent was working and there was no hail damage. He then asked me about other issues I had with the job and when I told him those issues, he again interrupted every sentence and talked over me and continually raised his voice level and finally hung up on me. When the roof was installed, he had asked if his crew could use my bathroom if they needed to. I informed him that my toilet wasn't working and that they could urinate in the yard or go to the nearby gas station to defecate. I later found two piles of waste and dirty toilet paper behind the wood fence in my yard and had to clean up the mess. There were other issues regarding the installation methods, but I will leave that. I Do not believe I have ever been treated so badly by any company I have dealt with. I am still not sure the vent works. The guy had repeatedly told me that there was no way to tell if the unit was working by sound or feeling for air moving out of the attic but all of a sudden, he could magically tell it was working when he inspected the unit reportedly by sound and the air he felt coming out. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Maybe they treat others better than my experience but I doubt it. These contractors can get a lot of great reviews because they simply judge the job on how it looks from the ground after the installation. There is an old joke in the construction industry, if you do something wrong or not according to the best methods, you say something like, "well, the carpet will cover it" or "looks good from my house" or in this case, "looks good from the ground". Just because the customer can't see problems doesn't mean there not there.

Tip for consumers:
Very poor customer treatment by this company!

Products used:
Roofing replacement service.
