We purchased a brand new Air Conditioner, Furnace, and Tankless Water Heater April of 2022. We paid for a 3 year service agreement for cleanings and filter replacements that should happen every 6 months. After my second service I tried to plan the 3rd visit and cannot get ahold of anyone. The voicemails go into a black hole. All the emails bounce back. I was told via their chat from 10/15-10/17 that someone would contact me. I spoke to Gavin, Miguel, Mia and Marshall. All lied to me regarding the business being open and the addresses at which Medcalf was at. The location on Washington has been another business since August of last year. The location on Fruitage is vacant and all signage is gone. We went with this company because it was family owned. Brandon Medcalf personally came out a few times. We are out money and service without warning. Google even says they are temporarily closed even though their people chatting refuse to admit that.
