The products they provide are good, but there were unnecessary delays i the delivery of the gas analyzers I ordered. The customer service agent did try to help, but he couldn't. I got them later than I wanted them, which hampered my operations.
One of their staff members was very rude on the phone. I asked about getting customized pricing, but he seemed to have no say in this.
