I got a text via WhatsApp business saying the pkage shipped and provided a tracking # I then received a text message an hour later saying an extra 5L was shipped so I needed to pay another $400 because now there 10L total. They said they used a special ship agent, not Fed-ex as previously stated. I call shipping company and the person that answered the call had no idea the name of the company that he represented.
