I assume this site has lots of customers since before I joined in, I heard about it from many people. Yet, I also believe that they should hire some more people for their support team. From time to time, reaching a representative is not very easy.

The user experience on MetabaseNFT is great, but… They should have a second look at their site's menu. I mean, the site itself is great, but just this part interrupts me.

I do love the organized website and the infinite selection of assets available. Note that now and then the website freezes. It didn't make such a difference so far, but I think they should have a look at that.
