I have had MetroPCS since 2004.1st week of November 2023 I should have made an international call and Mertopcs offered 200 minutes for $10 but did not work! Within 10 hours I canceled this extra service and they said my $ 10 extra payment was on the way back to my credit card but the money never arrived then I called Metropcs and they denied my refund! They lied about the long-distance service available and lied about my REFUND! Do not trust them, they took away money for a service that they can not provide!

• "My Account" page account balance is oftentimes inaccurate and confusing
• "My Account" page does not update after payment (See images)
• Call History (among many other things) do not work - No button to tell it to process. Can only select dates (See images)
• Old statements starting from two months prior are only available statements. None for current month.
• The old statements that are available are a mess and terribly confusing
• Attempting to edit profile does not work
• Extremely slow.
• Completely unorganized
• etc.

Tip for consumers:
Be very, very patient.
Do not pay with bank information. If you must use a credit card, use a card with a low maximum. This site's user experience is so bad, the security has to be janky.

Metro cost twice as much as the carrier I switched to, and when I changed service they refused to refund me for the month of service they auto charged me for, but didn't want.

I have to try to deal with customer service you know as a T-Mobile customer customer service. Really means get upset and whatever else you may? Think that's gonna happen but they're not gonna work with you. I finally had a file I complained with the FCC I have to put in the complaint with the FCC I got a call from a representatibenedict sweet talk. They did do this we're gonna do that. That was over a week ago I'm still having problems supposedly. The FCC was to get back in touch with me to verify. If repairs were done on my account as of now T-Mobile has not called me back. The FCC has not looked into. My complaint so exactly where do I go from here because T-Mobile keeps charging me and another thing? I got a message from T-Mobile stating that my account conditions were going to change. Is that due to the fact that I complained to the FCC unfortunately now I? Am gonna try consumer affairs and the Better Business Bureau? Because I can see that the FCC must work with T-Mobile and don't want to do anything about the situation and T-Mobile keeps getting away. With lack of service for thousands of people out there not just me? I just wish that other people would finally complain with the FCC or we can go. I do a class action lawsuit against T-Mobile for lying to their customers. If unfortunately they could be honest and let people know that yes they are having issues that they cannot keep up with demand then just say it. Don't keep telling customers that there's nothing wrong with their service because basically what's happening is. All customer service people are reading a card and they apologize from here to the end of the world. Just to try. To? Keep you relaxed no one leave at. There's slapping you in the back of the head making fun of you and laughing all the way to the bank. What's interesting enough is that you probably have or they have the ceo collects a lot of money. Sitting back on his chair smoking? His. Cigars and not giving a d*** because then again why should he? He's making a salary without having to work for it as a customer and anybody else that. Reads this? What can we do to get strong and make a group and do something about this situation if you somehow are having the same trouble as I am or even? Anything different with T-Mobile? We need to speak up and do something about it. Otherwise T-Mobile will keep getting away with? All. Of these? Situations and nobody. Is? Gonna. Do anything about that I believe that as paying customers that we are? We have the right to complain because we are paying for a service that we're not getting.

I already paid my first $35 this month (June/23) for ACP 25GB plan at a Seattle store. I forget my account PIN so I call *******768 ask for my account PIN number. This FKN customer service (he speaks Middle East accent) he put another $65 to my account. WTF is $65? Will I pay $100 total for ACP 25GB plan. No way. A ACP 25GB plan is only $35 a month. One of my friend who's also on ACP program, he told me he too paid only $35 each month for the 25GB plan. This FKN Middle east guy is crazy. Metro pcs customer service are a bunch of SERIAL LIARS. Next month I will switch to other Company.

Buying a phone from Metro is worse than going to a used car dealer. When you buy a 5g phone, they don't provide you with a wall charger. Then add insult to injury they give you a garbage USB-c wire that is not compatible with anything! Now you have a phone that you need to purchase a cable and wall charger for your home and a USB C to A adapter for your car. Plus now they charge you $12 for a new "Sim" card that you'd think would come with the phone. Truly sad when a cell phone company is now milking their current customers in such a bad way. Buyers be aware when buying from Metro. Shop around. You might find a better deal elsewhere.

I'm over all very pleased with the value I receive for my phone service. I don't pay nearly as much as people with subscription plans. My one gripe is that if you don't remember to pay it, they will turn off your service with little or in this case no warning. A simple automatic text message would be better

I switched to Metro by T-Mobile from Boost Mobile and I could not be happier. The service is phenomenal thanks to T-Mobile's Nationwide 5G!
I love that the $60 plan is truly unlimited, high-speed data and I get 100GB of Google One for free & the Amazon Prime Membership for free as well.
I have the Moto G Stylus 5G and it's phenomenal.
Metro by T-Mobile has the absolute BEST customer service I have ever encountered from a phone carrier.
I highly recommend them! Best phone company out there.
