I have no clue what "BGN' actually means. After 4 purchases this year, every product looks "Exc ++" to me. Including the recent Nikon digital. Maybe because it had 18k shutter count? It looks perfect and is operationally perfect. Certainly a lot "Minter" than the "Near Mint" cameras on Ebay from Japan. Maybe the word mint doesn't translate well.
The only issue I've ever had from KEH is the package being left at the end of my 100 ft driveway. But that's not KEH. That's those morons at FedEx.

Very happy with my order on Next Day Deal. I received my Nikon Z8 on time the following day, brand new and boxed.

I haven't had to speak to their customer service so cannot comment on that.

What more can I say? I come back to B&H to make new purchases because the past service is exemplary. Web page is easy and intuitive. Prices are easy to locate and fair. Free shipping is always a bonus. Thank you for being around since 1973 - I'll keep using B&H as a benchmark for quality products.
