We love our shade sail. It keeps the hot Florida sun off our cars and eastern side of the house, as well as filtering out oak leaves that used to fall on the vehicles. Great support from staff at the company, too. Always picked up the phone when I had a question.
On 5/26 I bought a pool cover from Mighty Covers, after more than two weeks of the purchase I had not received the product. I had to give them a call to figure out what was going on. The attendant told me they had trouble with their distributor and the product never shipped. What is worse they did not refund me right away, they waited until I give them a call to ask for status on 6/11. This was disappointing to say the least. Now I feel like I need to check every day my statement to make sure the refund comes, and I need to buy from a more serious business. Very bad experience, certainly not coming back any time soon.

I had a problem with ordering a custom tarp for an old playground set. I contacted customer service and Larry responded right away and helped me out. Plus, the tarp is made from high-quality material. I would definitely recommend Mighty Covers.
I rarely write reviews but this company deserved this review. We purchased a large custom shade sail from Mighty Covers to install in an Arizona desert area home. I used eight turnbuckles over a 16' x 20' coverage which I had designed with their assistance. The shade sail withstood high winds and other extreme weather which put some stress on the mounting points. After more than one year, the shade sail developed a stress point at one of the mid-positioned turnbuckles. I contacted Customer Support and they agreed to repair the stress point and handle the shipping costs. Most importantly to me, that stress point could have been caused by too much tightening of the turnbuckle but without hesitation they handled all costs involved with repairs and shipping. Customer Service is practically non-existent nowadays and I know what company, I will be purchasing my replacement shade sail when needed. Great company to do business with!

Compared with a "B" supplier also located in TN, Mighty cover is a very reliable vendor.

I ordered a polygonal Commercial 95 shade cloth screen for the gable area of a large back deck to reduce intensity of afternoon sun. The shade measured up to 21' in greatest dimension and had a complex shape. The product was received in a timely manner, precisely constructed according to design, and composed of durable high quality material. The entire process was effortless. I would highly recommend Mighty Covers services.
So I measured incorrectly for first shade sail and they sent me another and just charged me the difference in size. Very few folks would do this. Make sure you measure exactly.

Thermal Guard Premium Custom "Walk-On" Spa Cover
I bought a custom cover from Mighty Covers for our outdoor wine barrel bar. It came and fit perfectly, but it did not have the drawstring as we requested. Without asking, Mighty Covers offered to send a replacement cover with the drawstring. Great customer service! The issue was settled in less than 4 hours. I will definitely be using them for any outdoor cover needs in the future!
Cover itself is perfect - durable, sized perfectly and looks very nice!
I spoke with Holly who told me 8x16 was the biggest size shade they had. Larry then told me this was not the case. He was SO RUDE! He was not helpful and told me not to call because he wanted everything in writing. I was asking a few clarifying questions because he was not explaining himself well, and he continued to get frustrated, interrupting and was not customer friendly at all. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! The sun shade company is cheaper and so friendly. Go see them. You'll thank me later! Don't give these rude people your business!

I ordered my sails online, it was VERY easy, they came when they were scheduled and they are simply amazing!
I ordered five large triangular shade sails, mounting hardware, and specified the Commercial 95 fabric. Each shade sail was irregular with slightly different measurements since my outdoor area has mounts in odd locations. I shopped around and found Mighty Covers' prices to be very competitive. Because I saw good reviews for them (and frequent negative reviews with some of the other companies), I placed my order with them.
I scanned and emailed a diagram with my exact point-to-point measurements to Larry and he promptly sent an order confirmation with all the specifics. I reviewed and signed the order and emailed back to him.
The sails and hardware arrived in three shipments and I found them to be very well made, particularly the corner mounts and the edges. This allayed my fears that they would not hold up well over time.
The installation went quickly and they look terrific. After initial installation, I allowed the material to relax under full sun and medium tension and then tightened the turnbuckles on two subsequent days. The material is now tight and perfect.
One note on the hardware: I've not checked Home Depot but the turnbuckles I got from Mighty Covers is superior to the aluminum-bodied ones available at Lowes. Those can loosen with the daily wind vibration of the fabric and can come apart.
A final note on customer service: There was an issue with the fabric color on two of the sails that Larry quickly resolved for me. I find it rare these days to get such fast and courteous customer service. Mighty Covers is a top-notch company and I will definitely use them again.
I just received my second custom cover from Mighty Covers, both orders have been processed efficiently, they kept me in the loop, and covers were delivered as promised. The young lady who helped me over the phone was so helpful and patient, answering all my questions. The first cover we ordered was for a wooden outdoor beverage cooler; the current order was for a cover for a butcher block we use on a covered deck as a grill side table. We have had the cooler cover for over a year and it looks just like the new butcher block cover.
Would recommend Might Covers to everyone needing outdoor covers, especially when needing custom sizes. Excellent product, workmanship and over the top customer service!

Mr. Alejandro A. Is 100% correct with what he stated happened when he ordered a solar pool cover from MightyCovers.com. He had ordered a solar pool cover from us that is stocked and drop shipped by one of our vendors normally. When we received the order, it was sent by email to the vendor. We received an automated response that said due to the Covid19 pandemic it may be 3 to 5 business days before your emails may be read and/or acted upon. That made sense to us since during this pandemic there are unusual circumstances that everyone is experiencing in many industries causing delys and cancellations. We had sent several other orders to this vendor at about the same time Mr. Alejandro A. Placed his order. The day before we heard from Mr. Alejandro A., another customer that had an order with that vendor called asking the status of their order. We then called the vendor and their phone was no longer working, so we sent them an email requesting status on orders and their status of if they were even still open for business. The next day Mr. Alejandro A. Called requesting the status of his order and the customer service rep said they would check on the order since they didn't know about the calls and emails the day before. So when checked still the same results with no correspondences from the vendor. So we had to cancel all of the orders that we had with that vendor. Mr. Alejandro A. Was told all of this when he called back. All of the other customers that called or emailed about the status of their order or why it was cancelled were very understanding and knew that this was something completely out of our control. Everyone was issued a credit to the credit cards that can take up to 5 to 10 days in some cases depending upon the bank or credit card merchant. They too could have possible delays due to the overwhelming amount of cancellations now, but the credits have been issued. We are sorry for the way Mr. Alejandro A. Feels about our company, but under normal circumstances that we can control, this would have never happened the way it did.
On then on top of the poor communication from the vendor, they ended up sending Mr. Alejandro A the item anyway even though we had sent them a cancellation email after all of this happens. We haven't heard back from Mr. Alejandro A. Since he has receive the item that he originally ordered at no charge.
