Mike Maddox is exceptional. I chose him to sell my moms house at first because I like that he had been a Realtor for 30+ years, 2nd that he was a Veteran from the Air Force like me, 3rd because another realtor outside of the area actually highly recommended him and that said a lot. He exceeded my expectations. I've bought and sold several properties and Mike by far has been the most thoughtful, best planned, easiest, smoothest, shortest transactions ever. He held open houses, put us on a special realtor tour to showcase property, and was there to show houses whenever we would permit it. We received multiple offers above our list price, within the 1st week we were on the market - we were in escrow. We were worried about lag time between our new house which was contingent on our old house selling, but Mike had all the answers and pulled out all the stops and we were dazzled we moved straight out of one house and into another. He even helped us moved boxes! Great guy.
He was patient with my mom who is moving in with me and he hand delivered paperworks because she was not tech savvy.
Always available to answer questions about downsizing. Had a small pit-crew of people come in and prep the house with us. Stagging, Pro photography, repairs, and really good online marketing, he had us as a "hot home" on redfin with over 2k views in just 48 hours from when we listed.
Both our escrows went off without a hitch. I don't want to move any time soon, but if I did I would not hesitate to contact him. He's the real estate guy. Highly recommend in Fair Oaks / Orangevale / Folsom / Granite Bay / El Dorado Hills / Gold River / Carmichael / Roseville
