I placed an order 1/19/12, and today is 2/3/12. This retailer is not communicating wih me about my order at all. I called the customer service number several times and every single time I would get a voice message that said that they would call me back at the end of the business day. They have not called me once. I have also sent them emails to find out what is going on. In return I would get a one sentenced email giving me the link to the status which has not changed. This site states that they ship their merchandise the next business day. Really? Two weeks and still absolutely nothing from them. I love a retailer with good customer service and communication because I shop online all the time. But Modabelle is ridiculous. I just read on other sites that Modabelle is a scam and some people never got their merchandise and are still waiting for a refund. Luckily they never charged my card so I called my back and put a stop on my account for this retailer and I also blocked my debit card and asked them to send me another one with a new card number. Anyone considering buy from Modabelle, DO NOT! IT'S A SCAM. THIS IS A DIRTY ONLINE RETAILER!

SCAM ALERT! Modbelle is a scam company. I ordered my first Gucci Bag on 8-29-2012 and a pair of Roberto cavevalli sunglasses on 8-29-2012. The Gucci Bag cost 509.01 and the sunglasses 227.29. Then I was notified by Modabelle that the Gucci Bag I ordered was no longer available and they gave me a refund for both the bag and the sunglasses. The same day I got the refund I ordered a different Gucci Bag on 9-12-2012 for 727.91. I got a letter from Modabelle on 9-17-2012 stating that I would receive my bag in 7 days. It is now 11-19-2012 and no bag! I have sent at least four emails to Modabelle, no response. I have called them over 50 times and all I get is voicemail. I am calling my bank to get the charges reversed. DO NO ORDER FROM MODABELLE.
