Our home buying experience with Monogram Homes, LLC. and owner Gerald "Jerry" Roux has proven to be one of the biggest financial decisions I have made. The promises made by Roux cannot be trusted. Going on two years now and the original list of warranty issues presented at closing are yet to be completed. For several months now, Roux has failed to respond to phone calls, emails, and text messages. I recently confronted him face to face and said to me "I have no excuses for not making the repairs. I've been busy. I will be here tomorrow." He shook my hand and looked me in the eyes and said "No excuses." He was never to be seen again. I have made several concessions with Jerry since our closing and now I regret taking him for his word. He is not to be trusted if you are considering purchasing a home from him.
