It is wonderful to be the first to review Monrovia. This company provides the finest quality plants, shrubs and small trees for the discerning gardener. I have bought or ordered numerous boxwood, annuals, ornamental grasses and dogwood from Monrovia. Most nurseries stock these plants, and you may order online as well. I even love their standard container/pots. A truly fine outfit... five stars.

I ordered plants that were to arrive in early spring. I called about 1 month after expected and they told me it was still growing. After another month I called and emailed and got no response. Eventually I got a hold of someone live on the phone and she stated the plant had shipped to the local plant store. I called that store and they had not received it. Three more calls to get a live person to insist on a refund. Very unprofessional and I believe they hope you just forgot your order so they can keep your money. Do not order off the website or your will be disappointed.
