I have been ill with a chronic cough and fatigue and have no energy to do anything at home once I get home from work. It is such a burden lifted off my shoulders to have Morehand Maids come clean my house every two weeks. They are the only cleaning service I know that picks up and not just cleans! There is no more mad dashing around the house the night before to "clean up" before the cleaning service gets here. It has been worth every penny - EVERYONE in the house is less stressed and much happier. Thank you, Morehand Maids!

I hired them to do a move out clean on a house that was in a nearly pristine condition. The only real cleaning that had to be done was floors. I had a photographer coming in the next day and didn't have time to do it myself. Stated in my online request that I only wanted three hours of cleaning and no more. I knew they will attempt to extort more but I was not looking for super deep cleaning and knew that 3 hours would be plenty for what I needed since it's a small home. But also expected that they will attempt to extort more. But I never expected that they would leave the house with dirty floors. I think the manager should have known better than that and instead of letting them spend all their time on cleaning the freezer they could have made sure that they don't leave the house with dirty floors. But according to the manager I had to state in the online form that clean floor is something I care about when I pay $250 for a move out cleaning. So after paying that much money had to drive there in the evening and wash the floors myself. Very disappointed and surely not handled by the brightest people who care less about the return business.
