We previously had MB nano and now duet for our newborn twins. Their site is horrible to navigate (search doesn't work at all) and I wish it would be smoother to add all the necessary items to cart without having to go all around to find them; pram, carrycots, clips, covers. But overall it's a great buggy and trustworthy service so we like it :)
