Ever since I found, www.muzigle.com, I have noticed that I am spending more and more time on the internet. I believe Muzigle is THE next best thing. I believe its the only site of its kind, creating a world solely for music.
The Interface:
The sites interface is like that of any, the more you use the site, the more you get used to it. It seems very clean, easy, and to the point.
The Music:
Considering it is a music based website, I decided to take a look at the music that they had to offer, and let me tell you that its quite impressive. Their collection of Indian music is enormous and its CONSTANTLY GROWING! As for the sound quality of the music, its absolutely tremendous. Never have I heard Indian movie songs in such clarity.
The Features:
Though its a fairly new site, it has quite the handful of features. For instance, one of the first things is your own custom music profile page. On this page you can upload your own original music compositions, lyrics, album art, videos, and etc. You can select the background theme for your profile that users see when they enter your profile page. You can upload a profile playtrack that plays the song of your choice when someone enters your page.
Another feature is the music store, but its not just your ordinary music store. Muzigle's music store lets you buy and SELL music made by the users themselves. Its really great to see new and upcoming artists to sell their albums and reach out. I think this is one of the defining features of the Muzigle site. Why because Muzigle's main concept is music collaboration. They want to make it a website where new artists can get discovered and interact with their fans.
Which brings me to the next feature, the interaction. People can rate and review tracks and albums, as well as add artists as fans. And with the ability to login with Facebook, and also Google, everyone can share and publish tracks onto their facebook, myspace, orkut, etc. profile page.
Muzigle creates the perfect environment for new artists to create, nurture, and strengthen their music. BUT, don't get me wrong, this site is not only for artists to promote themselves and get discovered. It has ALOT in store for, lets just say people like me, the music enthusiasts. As I mentioned before, music enthusiasts can listen to the extremely high quality music, rate and review other people's works, AND for the more daring, the KARAOKE!
The karaoke is undoubtedly the standout feature for this site. The karaoke is available for every user for FREE! AND like their music collection, its just as impressive and big. With Karaokes from multiple languages, its open for everyone. Users can record their karaokes, via webcam and mic, and share them across their social networks. You never know, a music enthusiasts like me can get discovered!
Overview:
Muzigle.com is the next-gen of websites. I believe its the first site of its kind that brings together all levels of music expertise into one place. With its immense features, it makes it hard to believe that the site is new and its all FREE. I can expect great things to come from this site, and hope to see it grow. I think every Indian should DEFINITELY take a look at this website.
