My situation was a little different. I needed someone who would be willing to come to my home and quite literally walk me through all the steps necessary to bring my home back up to sale/showing condition and do so without me being present. Amy knew just who to call and how to deal with all the issues as they arose, (from cracked tile to critters in the attic).
