I've ordered a pair of sandals early February... never received them. Asked for a refund they told me yes they'll issue me a refund but it would take a month. It's now May, haven't received it, even though I've written to them many times. I do not recommend it nor will i ever order anything from this companies that advertise on social media.

I placed an order with this company, the material is so cheap and nasty, sizing is inconsistent and still waiting for some of the items to arrive after placing the order 2 months ago.
I bought 2 items from Mylalisa and both are totally different from what was ordered. They only agreed to refund a portion of the cost and its already been 5 months, they have not been able to make the refund. They keep saying the finance department is taking a long time to process. Which is total rubbish. Do not purchase from them!
This company cannot be real. I ordered my items on February 8, with the promise of them being delivered in 8-14 business days, and it is now March 25, and my items, per the company, still haven't been shipped. I've been in contact via email, checking in on my order, and the company continues to offer me coupons, trying to persuade me to buy more from the site although I haven't even received my original order.
After several very direct emails demanding that I get a refund, the company informed me that it would be 15-25 days to process my refund. I honestly expect that I'll never see that money again.
Don't buy anything from this company unless you enjoy throwing your money away.
