Listen, this experience has made me NEVER want to shop outside of Amazon or Walmart EVER again! Why? Because Amazon & Walmart they have hassle free returns & order-cancellations. Purchasing from unknown merchants (with no reviews anywhere) will cause you nothing but problems. I purchase some hideous nailable lightweight veneers from Walmart ($100 discount less than HomeDepot) called Evolvestone. The corner pieces are hard to find but it seems Material Warehouse was the only seller online that had the product in stock. When I received the Evolvestone flats from Walmart, what I received was a hideouts looking pack of veneers that smelled like doggie treats & wet milkbones. Totally gross! It cost $450 for those flats plus $245 for the corners, $700 total for hideous stinky smelling faux stone veneers. So I returned the Evolvestone flats to Walmart & I received a refund as soon as FedEx picked up the package the next day. I called customer service at Material Warehouse to cancel/refund my order for the Evolvestone corners, no answer (their automated system is crap, it never connects you to anyone no matter what options you chose and it eventually disconnects the call). So I had to email customer service. The guy, Ryan Matheson said the order shipped already, I said ok I'll have UPS return the package. He went on about how they don't accept returns, even if the package had been returned without opening. I told him it will be returned and if I don't receive a refund I will dispute with my bank. He agreed to a return/refund & emailed me a UPS return label. I paid to have UPS pickup the unopened package. The shipment was returned/delivered back to the seller. I emailed a follow up because I still didn't see a refund issued. Then this scumbag, replies saying he's only going to give me a partial refund and some lame excuse why. That was a while ago. He still hasn't even refunded the lesser amount he said. I haven't received any refund at all. So I called my bank to dispute the charge, which is what I should've done at first instead of allowing that Ay'hole to cause me further inconvenience. Like I said, stick with Amazon & Walmart at least if the product is crap you won't have to deal with a stubborn unreasonable P.O.S merchant giving you THIS much hassle for a return.
