Company is a scam, they charged my account $79.62 + shipping and handeling twice. You call to complain and they say they can't refund your money cause you sign up with those conditions. Asked to talk to a manager first there was no manager on duty then the manager was on another call (probably getting yelled at by some other poor customer). DONT buy anything from them they are a scam!

HI I TOO HAVE PURCHASED THE ACIA BERRY ONLINE AND WAS RIPED OFF. I HAVE BEEN TRYING SINCE DEC2009 FOR MY REFIUND. THEY KEEP SAYING THAT THEY CREDITED TO MY ACCOUNT BUT YET IT IS NOT TRUE. IF ANYONE FILES A CLASS ACT I AM WITH YOU. I HAVE CALLED 35 TIMES TO THE COMPANY AND THEIR IS NO MANAGER TO HELP NOONE WHO KNOWS NOTHING AT ALL. THEY ALL PLAY DUMB WHEN YOU CALL. Going on the third month now... they keep charging my credit card after I have told them I do not want nor did I ever want their product. Each month they say okay it is canceled but it keeps showing up again and again. I have now contact my bank to do an investigation.

Company is a scam they rip you off and charge your account without notifying you, you have to cancel your credit card in order to stop them billing.
