I bought 20 2" ratchet straps. They are cheap quality. Half of the buckles have broken. Don't waste your money.

Someone always available to TAKE your money but nobody there to REFUND your money? There is a good reason this company isn't well thought or heard of... Bought 5 "keyed alike" 5/8 hitch pins AND sent a message to make sure the keys fit ALL 5 locks. They emailed and said they did not offer that, so I responded for them to cancel the order and issue full refund. Next day they email saying the items were being prepared for shipping? So I called and was told they had already shipped and I was advised to return them and they would refund LESS THEIR STOCKING FEES! Wow, I instantly told them I would NOT be paying ANY fees as THEY advertised as "keyed alike" and that was a lie! Then I get an email this morning saying they rerouted the package back to them and that "as soon as it was received back they would immediately refund my full payment. Then at lunch time today I checked the tracknig number and it had laready been delivered back to them and they had not even let me know. So I called them again several times. Finally when someone answers they inform me that the warehouse had to open and inspect the package BEFORE my refund could be issued...I responded that the package never left THEIR possession so why would I have to wait, I mean if was messed up and never left them then it would have gotten to me messed up too right? Anyway, then she places me on hold for 20 minutes or so only to return to tell me that she will have the refund issued tomorrow! I told her I did not want to wait until tomorrow when I had already been waiting 3 days because I needed the hitch locks asap! I asked for a supervisor and she instantly tells me her Supervisor AND Asst. Manager have both left for the day and they were the only ones who could authorize a return...so I asked her to call them and get permission, to which she replied she had no way to contact anyone of them! I bet if her check was wrong she would know how to contact them huh! Anyway, this company is definitely in it for the quick dollar and has ZERO concern for the law or their customers! False advertising is obtaining money by false pretense! 4 days and I will still waiting! Avoid this company at all cost if you expect what you pay for and expect ANYTHING close to customer service!

Decent selection of products and pricing, however, their promotional Free Shipping advertisements are false shipping to the West Coast. They add delivery surcharges, despite advertising Free Shipping. Their false Free Shipping promotion added over $400 to by order. They have an asterisk at the bottom of their page under shipping that is not built into their advertisements and promotions. Simply false and misleading business tactics.

I give them a A + on quality and price the shipping was fast and packaged well, they fit like advertised and I would reccomend this to my family and griends

I found this website on google and went to the store in wooster for my first purchase. I would like to say I am not easily impressed but this company has done it! Marilyn is awsome! I needed a new tarp in a bad way but, I couldnt get there by 5.So she waited for me till 7 and saved my load! I would have lost $2000 if not for her. I must say that I can't thank her enough. I am telling anyone who will listen about the great products and prices. Thank you so much!
