I saw the ads on Facebook. The prices were attractive. However after purchasing i was not able to track the items nor receive feedback on my inquiry emails but i received them anyway.

Boght a product early November, no tracing provided desire numerous requests. Have not replied to a so any email messages since me December. Stay away

I placed an order on 24 november got the confirmation and paid for. Never received the items and the staff are unable to track my order. Wrote several e-mails to no avail, they just don't care. Never Again the service and the staff are very bad for service after sale. Be aware.

So many products to choose from for reasonable and affordable price. It made me enjoy shopping online because of the beautiful products it offers. Never thought that these items would be very affordable and they can ship in different parts of the world which will be perfect as Christmas is very near, it allows us to send gifts to different country and still shipping fee is affordable. Won't regret shopping here!

It is first time to deal with you, I had make an order since a week but I did not receive any notification and I have no way to contact only by email

All items that I have bought has reached me on time I like to trade with zone out n I will be buying more in next day's coming

I was quite happy with everything, but In future the buyer must be informed intime if the order has been prepared & it's on it way to the lacation...

I ordered 2 items together and only one came in, but the missing item should be in route.
I ordered a pair of tan boots over a month ago and still waiting for them.
Lesson learned!

I made the order on August 11. Since then I haven't gotten any updates on it. Never got a tracking number or anything, I'm giving it another week before I ask for a refund.

I ordered 1 pair of boots that were suppose to be 12 inch US size. They were actually 10 inch, which were too small for me to wear.

First of all your site is one of the worst i have ever seen.
I can not see my p0rders except through your email confirmation. Even then it takes a very long time to get the informationsand most of the time i get its not available now try later

The authorities should be investigating. Still waiting for two of my orders both of which have been paid for. All documentation has proven to be false as the trackibg numbers do not exist.

Purchased jacket and watches, still waiting for 2 watches, the 2 i received took a few months and jacket i eventually thought had gone missing.
I couldn't get feedback from the company to track my items effectively.

My myzone has not been functioning correctly at all for months. Phoned customer service and still not replacement. Been unable to use my myzone for months and still not using it as its not working.
