I absolutely love Nalu boutique! I have gotten several different pieces from here and I'm never disappointed. I came into the store and worked with Bill. He was so helpful, he even allowed me to try on my outfits that I intended to buy online and I'm glad I did because it saved me some time and money. I was able to find a better dress that was perfect for me. I will definitely recommend this store to family and friends and will continue being a valued customer!

Y'all I was looking for a last minute Valentine's Day outfit and when I say this site came THROUGH! They have such a selection and everything is on-trend. The fit is great for curvy girls and the vest I ordered fit me flawlessly. Bill really went the extra mile in helping my outfit idea come to fruition, customer service was outstanding! They are one of the worst online business. I ordered 2 items last months haven't received them yet. When I called several time, the guy ( owner) Keep on saying he is not at the shop yet. I mean every time I called the answer is the same." I am on traffic I will call you back". Very disappointed after being a royal customer to them for 2 yrs now. Unbelievable. I mean his answer when you call is the same. I am not at the shop right now. Like seriously?

I love the expedited way my items arrived in the mail. The clothes fit perfectly. I will definitely be shopping there again...and again.

I was searching for a gift to buy online and one of my friends recommended Nalu Boutique. I looked through the website and, I bought a sweater as a gift.

I really want to give this store a zero rating because that's exactly what they deserve. I ordered $600 worth of merchandise and was told 2 items worth $140 were back ordered. I totally understood that even though their website showed that these items were in stock I was willing to overlook thst. They then gave me 3 options to wait on the restock, to get a store credit or a full Refund. I opted for my refund because they were taking time to even communicate why I hadn't received my items. Anyway it's been over 6weeks and I am getting the run around for my money. I have written numerous emails and its always "your refund is being processed ". I even spoke to some guy named Bill who said he was a co owner and still he just promised to send my refund and nothing came through. I still haven't received my money and now they don't pick up their calls. This is the worst service ever and I just wanted to let everyone know to deal with this store at your own risk.​
