I've been enrolled in this program since Oct 2019. I missed a payment in March amist the covid 19 pandemic. I called and voiced my hardship to the company prior to the missed payment which this company stated "they could not help", there wasn't a deferment option or any way to assist me? This company immediately stopped allowing me access to the material (which I understand) but now that its been 5 "timely" payments made since, I still have no access to any of the services I'm paying for. This company looks for a way to pay themselves without providing necessary tools. Im upset because this company is a "middle man"thats looking to rip you off and cut off their phone once they do.
