I hate that I have to leave this kind of a review because I RARELY take the time to leave bad reviews, but this company has awful business practices and I don't want to see anyone else get sucked in and taken advantage of.
I purchased one toothpaste and one body wash and DID NOT sign up for any kind of membership or auto renewal. I simply don't go through those items that fast, so I just would NEVER have done that. Yet less than a month later I received an e-mail stating my order was on the way. Like HUH?

Knowing I didn't place a second order I went to call the company, but conveniently they don't have ANY phone number listed.! HUGE RED FLAG! The only way to contact them is through e-mail and it takes several days to respond. They started off saying they are a small company, so they don't have a number and it takes them a while to respond to everyone. YET THEY SELL THIER PRODUCTS IN TARGET. They sell in TARGET and don't have a phone number? Yea... I don't think so. They went on to say I signed up for some kind of membership (which of course I did not), and explained how to cancel it. They didn't offer a refund or cancel the membership for me. So I had to do it and I did... or so I thought. I received ANOTHER e-mail today (a month later) stating my order has been shipped AGAIN. Such a SCAM! Order #2 I didn't not place or authorize.

I researched the complaints on this company and SO many say the same thing. They get charged monthly for memberships they DID NOT authorize and there is no customer service number to call. This makes it very easy to scam people if they only have an e-mail address.

I had to call and report the last two charges as FRAUD and CANCEL MY CREDIT CARD. I mean seriously I had to take drastic measures to stop these people.
I know there are many people who can't afford to have money taken out of their accounts and budget every dollar, so I hope can save others from going through this nightmare.

The only reason I even gave them 1 star is because I actually really like the products. So if you want to try them DO NOT ORDER FROM THEIR COMPANY. Purchase them at Target or another brick and mortar location.

I really like all of the products that I have tried so far. Now I am buying them and giving them as personal care gifts. For my adult kids and their spouses.

You can honestly save more on the products if you DON'T get a subscription! But get you a 20% off promo code online. Then do the pick your own packs. Which are 3 body wash, or 3 deodorants that you pick the scents that you want! You SAVE MORE then with a subscription!

I saw deodorants rated on Facebook and Native was rated number one so I read all of the reviews on it. I would say that about 98% of them had 5 stars so I thought it must be pretty good and I ordered some. It said to use it every day and to give about 14 days for it to start working well. I couldn't make it 14 days because by the end of the each day my underarms stunk so bad that I couldn't stand myself, the bo was that bad. I have no idea how so many people gave it 5 stars maybe it worked for them but I can't stand to put up with body oder that bad for 14 days to see if it gets better.

Im in love with my coconut/vanilla Native underarm deodorant. Its the best thing Ive ever spend my money on. For the longest I was a secret person. Now, since October of 2017. I tried this New Native product & oh my God. It has made my days a lot more pleasant to work and not have to worry about body odors No More. Im a lifetime user of Native... thank you Native crew for the excellent product on the market. Go Native! Thanks, Nime

Waow! First day done, and still "smell" concumber and lime!
And of course, if you use it as you did with other deodorant, many aller-retour, instead one or 2 each side, it will be too much and gonna feel powdered underarm. But not if you respect the notice with the deo... using less, but best result. Best comfort and... not irritate the skin.

Not only does the deodorant actually work but their customer service is outstanding! I would recommend this company and product to anyone! I'll be a lifetime customer!

My only criticism is that they only have a few scents right now. So hopefully they get more as time goes by. However, they did get a new one recently and sent me one for free full size deodorant since i am a bi-monthly subscriber.
