I bought a camera from them and wasn't real clear on how to use it. The instructions were fine, I am just not very technically savvy. I sent them an email and was happy to receive a reply within the hour. They provided me a great tech support phone number and I was able to get everything working just fine. I love the fact that they have a lifetime guarantee on their products and will replace them absolutely FREE

Their products are over-priced, they come with a 30 day warranty, the motion detection on the covert camera I purchased does not work unless activated by a tiny remote control and then it works for only a few seconds, the details and information were sketchy when I received the product, there is no brand name, technical support is nearly non-existent, the product cost $150 and they told me too bad after I had it for 5 weeks and asked for a refund and finally my *covert* camera TALKS! It announces the hour, every hour, and you cannot shut it off. Folks, don't waste your hard-earned money shopping at this disastrous site.
