Found this site when searching for a completely free reverse phone number lookup sites. This was the first result that wasn't labeled as an "Ad" so I clicked on it and it took me to it's list of "10 Best Free Reverse Phone Number Lookup Sites". Well, each one of their links for these "free" sites just redirects you to Spokeo. Don't waste your time.
Tip for consumers:
This website pretends to have objective reviews of other websites but actually just throws lists of "Top 10 ______" that host links which, when clicked on, all just redirect you to one website which I imagine they are being paid by and not disclosing it. Definitely a scam. At the very least, unethical.

Not a one listed is "completely free", nor is any useful info ever offered up without paying the fee. If you have any doubt, try all the sites listed in the above link for yourselves!
